How fast can a support team go live?
A trained pod is typically live within 15 working days of a signed scope — five days to recruit against your profile, seven to train on your product and tooling, three to shadow before taking live volume. Rush timelines are possible where you can supply existing training material.
What is the minimum team size?
Two seats. Below that we can't guarantee cover for sickness or leave, and a single agent with no backup is a fragile arrangement for both sides. Most clients start at two or three and scale from there.
Where is my customer data stored?
In your systems. Agents work inside your CRM and helpdesk under access you provision and can revoke instantly. Captone does not warehouse your customer records, and our operations floor runs clean-desk with no removable media.
What time zones can you actually cover?
Pakistan Standard Time is UTC+5. That's a full overlapping working day with the UK and Europe, and covers US morning volume on a late shift. Round-the-clock coverage runs across three shifts, quoted per seat per shift on the scoping call.
What happens if an agent doesn't work out?
We replace them at our cost, and the replacement's training period isn't billed to you. Your feedback drives that call — you don't have to justify it to us.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes — it's the most common setup. Your in-house team keeps complex and high-value cases; our pod absorbs tier 1 volume, after-hours cover and overflow at peak. Escalation rules are yours to define.
